Vincristine and vinblastine are two drugs used in cancer chemotherapy.

An interesting fact to know is there method of action and how are they effective.

The actually act by inhibiting polymerization of microtubles (cytoskeletal elements) and hence preventing the formation of spindle fibres (comprised of microtubles) that are required for replication in mitosis and meiosis, and are hence effective in cancer chemotherapy.
